 【Operation】

1 Inspection before power on

2 Check whether the three phase five line voltage connection is correct.

3 Check the inlet and drain for leaks.

4 Check the testing drum for leaks.

5 The machine must be placed in flat place.

6 Make sure the machine is well grounded.

7 Inspection after power on

8 Power on the machine.

9 Check whether the color touch screen works, if not, check whether the wiring is loosen.

10 Check whether there is warning for the water level and temperature in Working interface.

11 If the above is normal, we can start operation.

Power on the machine, the LCD will show as below:

Touch the screen with your finger, and the screen displays the Working interface.

Single step: the interface displays the current temperature, water level and running time in real time, operator can input the parameters as per requirement.

4: Set up interface

1). Operation mode: AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL, choose AUTOMATIC.

2) Run program： Standard program or Custom program. 

3) Click Standard program, operators can choose the 9N-4H standard programs. 

4) If choose custom program, operators can input the custom program number directly.

5) Drain speed：High spin（800r/min）or Low spin（520r/min）2 modes.

6) Program Repeat: The cycle number of washing procedure can be entered by yourself.

7) Custom program：Click and enter into to edit the program you required.

The stirring intensity is adjustable, click the button to choose Normal, mild and gentle.

Calibration: Input the password to calibrate the temperature and temperature( they had been calibrated well before send out)

Note: Please don’t change the factory set parameter.

5： Query: Input the program No. to query the testing data.
